The best way to change your delivery date/schedule is to cancel your current subscription and simply begin a new one!
How do I add or remove products to my subscription?

Simply log in to your account and once logged in click Manage Subscriptions on the center of the first page. Once on the subscription management page, click the green "Edit Products" button under your subscription.

Simply log in to your account and from the Manage Subscriptions page, click "skip" and follow the steps.
What if I won't be home at the time of delivery?
What if I won't be home at the time of delivery?
If you aren't home during your delivery window, we recommend leaving a cooler stocked with ice for our driver to place your order in.
Alternatively, you can add a cooler bag to your order for a little more protection from the elements. Keep in mind that you can also return cooler bags in addition to bottles!

What do I do with my empty bottles?
After enjoying, simply rinse your bottle and pop the lid in your recycling bin. Leave your empty bottles by your front door and our driver will pick up your empties.
Please note that bottles must be rinsed and in reusable condition in order for us to offer a credit.
How are my bottle credits applied?

Bottle credits are processed via points added to your account each week.
Bottles/Jars - 50 points (50¢ credit)
Shots - 10 points (10¢ credit)
Growlers - 600 points ($6 credits)
Cooler Bags - 720 points ($7.20 credit)
Please note that all glass returns must be rinsed and in reusable condition in order for us to offer a credit.

First login to your account, then click "Manage Subscriptions. On the next screen, scroll towards the bottom until you see the "Apply Discount" button.
To access your rewards, click the "Rewards" icon in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Copy a rewards coupon code from their and then click the "Apply Discount" code on the subscription management page.
